Education Events

  • You will have the opportunity to collaborate and support the Assistant Executive Director and education team on numerous continuing education events attended both in-person and virtually by dentists.
  • Serve as the first point of contact by answering phone calls and emails related to all educational offerings.
  • Provide administrative support for educational offerings including corresponding with registrants and tracking their submission of various assignments pertaining to the education event’s requirements.
  • Process continuing education requests and prepare correspondence letters.
  • Provide general administrative support including data entry, preparation of reports, coordinating travel, and composing correspondence as directed.
  • Travel to in-person events and assist with aspects of on-site coordination between the event site, attendees, and the office; travel may include weekends.
