Maldives a rich country?

As an African Passport holder, you should know by now that there are foreign countries you can visit without needing a Travel Visa. Many know this, probably but do not have an idea of such beautiful places they can visit without applying for a visa.

If you are reading this, and want to visit any country outside Africa visa-free, then you should pay more attention to every detail in this piece. There are 54 countries in Africa, and I will not be able to list places you can travel to without a visa for each of them.

Due to this, we will focus on visa-free countries for the African country with the most powerful international passport, Seychelles. Seychelles passport has proven to open more doors than any other African country.

With a Seychelles International passport, you can visit over 150 foreign countries without the need for a visa. It is as easy as that. So, what are these visa-free countries? It is high time you knew them. However, you should remember that if you are holding the passport of any other African country, you might need a visa to visit some of these countries.

Please note that this list will also include African countries you can travel to without a visa, by just having a Seychelles International passport. I believe this is necessary as there are some countries in Africa that you still need a visa to travel to with this passport. Enough prevaricating, let us cut to the chase.

No doubt, from this list that I have compiled, you are interested in visiting at least one country. If this is your wish, have it in mind that you will have to get a Seychelles International Passport. Is that position, however? Well, there is only one way to find out.

In the next paragraph, I will be discussing how you can obtain a Seychelles International passport easily. The process is simple and can be done by anyone. It has been tested and hence, trusted.

Seychelles Passport Application

Since it is the most powerful passport in the world, you should go for it. I will teach you the step-by-step procedure on how to apply and get yours in no time.

If you are not a citizen of Seychelles, I am sorry but you will not be able to apply for a Seychelles passport. If you can, you should find a way to become a citizen then go ahead with your passport application.

Once you become a citizen, you may apply for a passport by filling up the passport Application Form and submitting it to the immigration office. You can get the application form online or visit the Immigration office to do so.

However, you will be required to submit some documents along with the application form at the Immigration office. To save you from unnecessary stress finding what these documents are, I have compiled them for you here. They include;

Birth Certificate(s) for yourself, Parent /Grandparent as applicable
2 identical passport-size photographs no more than 6 months old.
The photographs should be between 35mm and 45mm in width and 45mm and 50mm in height.
Copy of National identity card.
Adoption certificate in the case of a person having been adopted,
Marriage Certificate in case of a married woman.
If your name(s) have been changed other than by marriage or adoption, a certified copy of the document must be submitted.
Certified copies of Naturalization/Registration certificates must be submitted in the case of citizenship.
Proof of custody/guardianship of the child must be submitted.
If you are in possession of a Seychelles passport that has not been canceled, it should be attached to this application.

If you can get all of these documents and submit them along with your application form at the Immigration office, you are already one step closer to getting your Seychelles passport.

For citizens of other African countries who have no means of acquiring a Seychelles passport, you can as well use your country’s passport. The only difference is that you will not be able to travel to as many places as you can visa-free, with the Seychelles passport. No other African country Passport beats this.

After The Seychelles passport, other African countries follow in terms of strength and places you can visit without a visa payment. The immediate country Passport after Seychelles is the Botswana passport, allowing you to visit up to 86 places without a visa.

Next on the list is the Namibia passport allowing you to visit up to 78 countries without a visa. After this comes Lesotho. With a Lesotho passport, you can travel to 77 places visa-free. Such a wonder! The 5th on the list is the Malawi passport. A Malawian passport gives you the freedom to visit over 70 countries without a visa too.

You might be wondering why the big names of Africa are not mentioned here, not even the African giant, Nigeria. There are so many factors put into consideration before a country’s international passport is welcomed without a visa. It also takes a lot of time.

So, do not be surprised if your country is not here. If there is a place you dream to go to, but it’s not visa-free as a result of your passport, just get a visa for it. Getting a Visa is not that hard either. It might just take a little while.

Rounding off,

Some countries are actually visa-free for your country but will not appear in the list due to some reasons, for example, the covid-19 pandemic. Many countries have restricted immigrants from coming in to control the spread of the deadly virus.

You might want to get an international passport if you do not have one. It is mandatory that you have an international passport before you travel. So, obtaining it is essential. Now, you know the countries you can visit with or without a visa as an African.
