Chelsea-linked Belgium striker plans to stick with Italian club

Inter Milan and Belgium striker Romelu Lukaku says he has no plans to leave his current club.

The Former Chelsea attacker Romelu Lukaku downplayed
a summer return to the Premier League amid links to the
Blues and Manchester City.
The Belgian forward made it clear that he is happy at the
Serie A club Inter Milan. He has been linked with a return
to Stamford Bridge in the latest weeks.
An ex-Chelsea player, Romelu spent three years at the
club. the player spent the second and third years of his
Chelsea career out on loan before leaving permanently for
Everton back in 2014.
Nonetheless, Lukaku has managed to lift up his
professional career to greater heights with his spell at
Inter Milan. Initially, the club wanted to re-sign him.
The Belgian is coming off the back of a splendid
campaign at Inter, pushing them to the Serie A title.
However, there is also interest from other top European
sides, as well as the Citizens.
When quizzed about making a move away from the
Nerazzurri by Trevor Sinclair, Romelu, who is currently
scoring for fun with his country at the UEFA Euro 2020,
said that he was happy at Inter.
While Sinclair didn’t ask for Chelsea, in particular,
Romelu’s response does point to the fact that he won’t
likely leave the San Siro at this point.
