Big names in the Nigerian entertainment industry such as Cubana Chief Priest, Don Jazzy,Toke Makinwa were all in attendance at the burial ceremony of female music diva Tiwa Savage’s father,alongside many other important guests, who came from far and near to console the family and hence witness the ceremony.Watch as money rain.

Singer Tiwa Savage’s father who died on July 19 has been laid to rest.

Few days ago, the mother of one released her father’s burial poster on social media, sharing the invite, the dress code and other necessary information concerning the burial.

The Number 1 African Bad Gyal also vowed to give her father a befitting burial, which many believe she did.

A service of songs held for the “Korroba” crooner’s late father on Friday and she showed up with family members all donned in shiny silver coloured Asoebi attire, looking really stunning.

The mother of one posted the photos and wrote: “Day 1 of my Daddy’s burial services, tomorrow we give him the best send off ever. Rest in peace.”

For the burial ceremony, Tiwa showed up in a Rolls Royce adorned in a rich royal blue and gold embellished outfit with beautiful expensive-looking shoes and a statement purse accompanied with subtle jewelry and makeup.

Her six-year-old son, Jamil aka Jam Jam, also rocked a royal blue and white native outfit with a traditional cap to match.

September 3.
Well, hours after the service was concluded, the singer and
her family members hosted friends and other guests at a
funeral reception.

A video sighted online captured the massive hall which was
packed full with guests as they wined and dined.

Celebrities and fellow colleagues in the entertainment industry
also showed up to support the My Darling crooner.

The event held in Federal Place Hotel had waka music legend, Salawa Abeni on the bandstand. Toyin Abraham Ajeyemi, Rita Dominic, Ozinna, Toke Makinwa, Stephanie Coker & Olumide Aderinokun, Eniola Badmus, Adesua & Banky W, Don Jazzy, Taymesan, Iyanya, Ubi Franklin, Azuka Ogujiuba,Cubana Chief Priest and more turned up for the reception.
